Seriously though I'd think you'd want something with a good regular beat, not too fast, that you could pace yourself to.

Something like , - 'Benjamin breeg', or Metallica's 'enter sandman' or Guns N' Roses 'You could be Mine'
AC/DC's 'Back in Black' album Could be a good one too

I go running 3 times a week, and normally make up a playlist on my iPod of stuff thats heavy and gets the adrenaline going

Stuff like

Motorhead - In The Name of Tragedy
Anthrax - Indians
Metallica - Damage Inc
Dream Theater - Constant Motion

You get the idea, just heavy stuff

Run to the hills, that should keep you going for a while if you keep playing it over and over
