After two consecutive European tours and full promotion schedule, Serj regretfully announces that he will postpone his upcoming fall tour until a later date, after the release of his upcoming album. Ticket holders can receive refunds for their tickets at their point of purchase.

So maybe he aint so busy with his solo stuff LOL
