It sounds a bit like the intro to Megadeth's 'Washington is Next'. As found on the E-Card, promo for United Abominations.

That is Megadeth!! If its not Megadeth then it will be more than likely one of the earlier Maiden songs from Killers album i think. It could be Genghis Khan!! But im sticking with Megadeth!!

Nah that is definately 'Washington is Next' i just listened to the song on the United Abominations album!!
