They're in their first big magazine
Big Cheese has reviewed their demo...
This 4 track demo from Exeter emo rockers Hailing Star isn't bad considering the young quartet only formed earlier this year. The title track shows their love of Bullet, with riffs and a singing/screamin mix and "Suicide is my best friend" heaping on the emotional vocals and atmospheric guitar work. "world against me" is the stand out though with a mighty riff and an upbeat melody showing they can pen a corker. Their star could well rise high in time.
The only thing they're not happy about is the emo, but oh well.... love the last line
