Name the ship that carried Capt. James Cook (1728-1779) (above) to the Pacific Ocean.

Which trip? He went 3 times on two different ships.

If you're gonna set a crap question at least make it clear. Neutral

Do you want HM Bark Endeavour (used on the first voyage) or HMS Resolution (Used on the second and third)?

The Okapi is closely related to the giraffe Cool

Also Called the Forest Giraffe

There are an estimated 30,000 okapi living in the wild.

The rain forests in northern Zaire are the okapi's main habitat.

The okapi has a very long tongue which it uses to pull leaves off of trees.

Males have two skin covered "horns" on the forehead that develop
between one and five years of age.

The okapi has a lifespan of over 30 years.

The existance of the okapi was first confirmed in 1901 in the Congo.

The Okapi weighs about 450 to 550 pounds.
About the same weight as this.....

Okapi are ruminants (like cows) which means that they swallow their food
without chewing it and then regurgitate a partly-digested "cud" which they
chew and then swallow for the last time.

The okapi is a nocturnal animal, which means that it is mostly active at night.

While the okapi is related to the giraffe, it is not as tall, standing only about 5 feet tall.

Very Happy
