First of all you need to select an online site to store ur images...
I use.. www.photobucket.com
Its free and easy to use, create an account......
You can then upload em there and it will give you links under the pics
that you can copy and paste in the forum eg.......
[IMG]http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v79/rockin_plumber/photo0045ma3.jpg[/IMG]
they will look like that ^^^
or you can 'steal' pics from other sites......... 
But people get a bit narky about you stealing their bandwidth
And you can upload stolen pics direct to Photobucket anyway
So this is a link from another site...
http://www.solarnavigator.net/music/music_images/Iron_Maiden_Fear_Of_The_Dark_music_album_cover.jpg
Then you highlight it and click the Img button that will be above the box you type ur message in.
then it will look like this.......
[img]http://www.solarnavigator.net/music/music_images/Iron_Maiden_Fear_Of_The_Dark_music_album_cover.jpg[/img]
and a picture will appear when you submit ur post 
I have disabled The code in this post so my pics wont show as pics
