rockin_plumber,
Correct answer. Ex-West Germany won the 1990 F.I.F.A. World Cup for the third time in Rome after beating defending champions Argentina 1-0 in the Final on Sunday, 8 July, courtesy of a goal from Andreas Brehme (85).
