That's not nice, i feel for you old friend. It must be a bit of a struggle at the moment. I always found that herbal tea/infusions seemed to help when i was suffering like that.
I used to love the Ginger and Lemon infusion that Tesco's used to make, very refreshing in muggy weather. |

Poor you !  We are just all getting on each others nerves tonight, i'm in the kitchen and mr wickys in the living room..... its safer that way

| It's cloudy over here today. We had a HUGE thunderstorm last night. I saw some huge bolts over my back yard. The storm lasted for about 2 hours and there was also a lot of wind and heavy rain. We're suppose to be getting more storms today. |
