Oh yeah....this made me angry at the time....but now I think it's funny 
First time I called tonight I explained to a different woman what had happened to my fone....after being stuck on hold for 5 minutes 
She said "ok" and hung up on me  |

Why do shops make things so difficult
miss_rockin got me a new coat from JJB Sports for Xmas...
Today one of the poppers came adrift and was broke...
We dont have the reciept anymore... or the tags 
Anyway miss_rockin went in to enquire what the situation was...
"Too Bad...... No Reciept not our problem"
But it is now 
rockin went in and bought another coat today.........
Now I have 2 the same
OMG I now have tags & a reciept for the broken coat
But if they offer me an exchange
I wouldnt want a £60 coat that breaks that easily in 1 day
Fuck with rockin........ & he wins in the end 
I paid for the one I got today on my CC so if they wont refund,
my CC company will sort it
I really cant see wot the fukin problem is 
All they had to do was swap it in the first place
And send the broken one back to Adidas
Fukin Tossers
I shall return it to then tomoro or Monday with a reciept & tags

This uncle at mine now, him and his family moved to Lanzarote and now he thinks he's better than everyone else and always complains about how rubbish the UK is well if you dont like it so much why dont you stay on that shitty volcanic island populated by old people and spaniards
