If you've got a new maiden or maiden-related site and want to promote it, post in this thread.
Other threads created for this purpose will be edited/deleted/locked at the discretion of the management.
This includes promotion in sigs, or even manually putting promotional links into your own posts. We dont run a BB so that others can promote sites, we run it for people to chat.
As of today, 9th February 2004 any offending promotional links will be edited/deleted as appropriate if they arent voluntarily removed. This is basically one of our few rules, and we'd appreciate it if you could follow it.
Respect between webmasters and all..
Update [26/02]: Off-topic posts in here will be deleted. This thread was created to remove the multiple threads advertising other sites, and its purpose is to allow other maiden webmasters to advertise their sites. Sorry if there was confusion on that.

Time to commence shameless pimping (sorry) - A couple months ago, the official Dio message board was closed, and now the other Dio board http://dioboard.proboards.com has also been shutdown.
This doesn't leave much for us Dio fans, so I've started The Dio Fan Message Board at http://dio.liquidvolt.com I'm working hard on a design, and the domain name will be active later week. Anyways I encourage everybody to come join and hang out (and maybe let other Dio fans know about it  )

The Metal Bootleg Database web page will be up in roughly 2 weeks. I have been working on this for about 3 months now and it should be a really nice site for metal bootleg information.
The basic idea is:
To encompass ALL metal bootleg trading in one site. This means that everything a metal trader will need will be on one web site. No more searching for hours for bootleg info on a metal bootleg. The Metal Bootleg Database allows the serious or the occasional metal trader or taper to get all the info they need on one web site.
So far on the site I have:
1600 metal band logos
1200 cool fonts
1200 metal band bootleg tracklists/setlists
7700 metal bootleg covers
Complete tour dates from the following bands:
